It is 2024 and I am off to another iseasywith.me adventure. This time to Taiwan. Woohoo!

Taiwan is an island located off China's southeastern coast.

Also known as Formosa for a short period of time, Taiwan has mountain ranges dominating the central and eastern and plains in the western.

Taipei, New Taipei City and Keelung form the largest metropolitan area. With about 24 million inhabitants, Taiwan is among the most densely populated countries.

There are four international airports in Taiwan:

• Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)
  • The largest airport, located about 40 kilometers northwest of Taipei.
• Kaohsiung International Airport (KHH)
  • The second-largest airport, located in the southern city of Kaohsiung.
• Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA)
  • A domestic airport located in the centre of Taipei but also has a limited number of international charter flights.
• Taichung International Airport (RMQ)
  • An airport located in the west-central city of Taichung.
