Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (Ho Chi Minh City) is the largest city in Vietnam and located in southern part of the country.
Formerly known as Saigon, the city was renamed Ho Chi Minh City in 1976 after the Vietnam War, in tribute to the revolutionary leader Hồ Chí Minh.
